Q. Forgot my password. How do I log in?

No drama! Follow these simple steps that will set you on your way:

  1. Go to the Login Page
  2. Click ‘Forgot Password’
  3. Provide your Registered Email Address (Username)

Your password will be reset to a temporary password and sent to your registered email address. You can now login.

We recommend that once you login with your temporary password you change your password to something that you will remember. To do this when you are logged in, go to Account Settings and insert a new password.


Q. Forgot my username. How do I log in?

Your username is your email address that you registered with.


Q. How do I change my password?

Three simple steps to change your password:

  1. Login to your Profile.
  2. Click Account Settings (left navigation column).
  3. Provide a new password.

Q. How do I change my email address?
  1. Login to your Profile.
  2. Click Account Settings (left navigation column).
  3. Click Communication Details
  4. Enter a new email address that you want as your login and for all correspondence to be sent to.

Q. How do I search for jobs?

On the search for brand new job? Follow these steps:

  1. Go to our Home Page or Job Search Page
  2. You can search by:
    1. Classification AND/OR
    2. Region OR
    3. The Brand that you would like to work for.

Anyone can search and peruse jobs that are being advertised. But to see the job details and apply, job seekers need to Register and Create a Profile. This opens your job search up to a whole new world with the ability to create a profile, view full job advertisements, apply for jobs at the click of a button and get suggested jobs sent to you that match the criteria you enter into your profile.


Q. Who will see my profile?

Only job advertisers whose jobs you have applied for will see your profile. So make sure you complete all the details in your profile accurately and highlight your best attributes.


Q. How can I report a questionable job posting?

Please send us an email to support@brandnewjobs.com.au with details of the Job and we will check it out.


Q. Will my profile become inactive if I do not log in for a period of time?

No, your profile will always remain active for you to use at any time.

Q. What is a General Advertiser?

A General Advertiser is one of the following:

  1. Franchisee; and
  2. Small/ Medium Business.

As a Franchisee you can link up with your Franchise and have access to their job templates and branding. So you will always be brand compliant and advertise for the exact positions required to run your business.

As a Small/ Medium Business you can customise the job template with your job details and your business’s branding and imagery. Then you are good to start posting!


Q. What is a Brand Advertiser?

A Brand Advertiser is a:

  1. Franchisor; and
  2. Large Organisation.

As a Brand Advertiser you have more control over what your Franchisees, Corporate Branches or Corporate Stores can advertise for Job Seekers. This helps to ensure that your brand name is always protected and used correctly.

The best part is that Brand Advertisers:

  • Can Create a Brand Profile - advertise yourself to Job Seekers and provide information about your brand and what it is like to work there.
  • Be added to the Brand Search box on the search page
  • Create Job Templates including Design and Details for your Franchisees, Corporate Branches, Corporate Stores.

Q. What is a Recruiter Advertiser?

A Recruiter Advertiser is a professional recruitment/ employment agency. BrandNewJobs is designed to make the management of client job ads easier.

As a Recruiter you can:

  • Post customised job ads for your clients.
  • View all applications for each job separately to manage the recruitment process more efficiently.
  • Easy shortlist process, separating applicants out from those that are unsuccessful.
  • Respond to unsuccessful applicants with branded emails.
  • View costs associated clients easily.

Q. How much does a job advertisement cost?

Job Advertisement $99 + GST

Live Website Link on your Brand Profile $300 + GST for one year.

Customised Emails to send to Job Seekers $29.95 + GST per job advertisement for unlimited emails.


Q. What payment options are available to me?

All payments are to be made through PayPal. For Business’s posting more than 20 Job Advertisements per year and would like to request a line of credit please contact us for a credit application.


Q. Can I advertise my business through your website?

Sure can! There are two options available for you to advertise your business through our website:

  1. Banner Advertisements
  2. Live Website Option

Banner Advertisements are available on selected pages of our website and vary in size and location. For more information on Banner Advertisements please contact us at support@brandnewjobs.com.au

The Live Website Option is available to Brand Advertisers on their Brand Profile. This allows a live website link to be posted on all the Brand Profile that will link directly back to the Brand’s website. This option can be purchased when creating a Brand Profile. You can purchase this option for $330 for a whole year.


Q. I am a franchisee and our franchise has not yet registered so I don't have
their job templates to use, what do I do?

Not to worry. When you registered you would have been asked to provide your Franchisor’s details. We will endeavour to contact the Franchisor and get them to register their brand. Once they have registered we’ll send you a notification so you can now have access to the Franchisor’s job templates.

In a hurry to post an ad and don’t have time to wait for your franchisor to get on board? It’s all good. You can still post a job ad you have created yourself. Once your franchisor has registered you can use their templates for any future ads you want to post.


Q. How long does my job ad stay live?

Job Advertisements stay live for 30 days.


Q. How can I report a questionable Job Seeker Profile?

Please send us an email to support@brandnewjobs.com.au with details of the Job Seeker and we will check it out.


Q. When a Job Seeker applies for my job ad, how do I get notified?

When a Job Seeker applies for your job listing their profile and application will appear in your Job Applications on your Dashboard. This is so your Email Inbox doesn’t get overloaded with applications!


Q. Can I short list applicants to help me make a decision?

Yes you can! Just select the job seeker you find most suitable for the position and click Short List. It's that easy! All applicants short listed will appear in your Short List.
