Your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to become bound by them shall be implied once you proceed to participate in using this Site ("the Agreement").
You may not access this Site or use the content or any services of this Site unless you agree to all the terms and conditions as they govern your use of this Site and any use you make of this Site.

As a condition of becoming a registered Job Advertiser, you are required to complete the registration process and create an account personal to you or your organisation with accurate, updated information, provide a valid email address, ABN and ACN if applicable and allocate a username and password. Failure to complete this process will result in you not being able to advertise on this site.
After registration is complete and you have created your account you are able to access the site, create an advertisement, submit an advertisement for approval and posting and make payment for that advertisement.

As a condition of becoming a registered Job Seeker of this Site, you are required to complete the registration process with accurate, updated information, provide a valid email address and allocate a username and password. Failure to complete this process may result in a breach of the Agreement subject to deregistration of your Job Seeker Account.
As a Job Seeker, you agree:
Active = currently seeking a job and the account is accessed by logging in within any thirty (30) day period. Upon subscription, Active accounts are capable of receiving jobs offers by email as selected from criteria provided by you (optional).
Deregistered = an Account shall become deregistered upon selection by the Job Seeker or upon any significant breach of the Agreement by a Job Seeker and deregistered by BrandNewJobs. Once deregistered all information contained in the Job Seeker Account will be completely removed and deleted from this Site effective immediately.
Please note - errors may occur in selecting these Suggested Jobs for you. BrandNewJobs has used its best endeavours to ensure that the Suggested Jobs are chosen from and best match the criteria as selected by you.
This Site allows Advertisers to place job advertisements for visitors and/or Job Seekers to search and/or submit applications.
In participating in this Site, all Advertisers and/or Job Seekers represent and warrant that:
The information contained within this Site is provided by BrandNewJobs, apart from that information which is disclosed as being provided by Advertisers or other third parties, in good faith that the information is accurate and current and is represented in accordance with Australian law.
BrandNewJobs does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content and materials, including the currency, accuracy or completeness, likely results or reliability of any content or any information provided by third parties, on or through this Site, or on any sites linked to this Site.
BrandNewJobs disclaims the currency and accuracy of all advertisements placed by Advertisers on this Site.
BrandNewJobs has its own online Blog which is an open forum for Advertisers, Job Seekers and employees of BrandNewJobs to access and develop as a common resource with the intent to provide information which may aid in the application and attainment of jobs.
Please note this is an open access Blog, and any contributions made by any party are done so freely and not provided in accordance with any kind of agreement with BrandNewJobs. BrandNewJobs shall not be responsible should any information, placed by you or others, be changed, edited, modified, removed or vandalised.
